  Std.Ui.Transition — typed CSS transitions for `Std.Ui` (v0.15.57+).

      Build a transition Attribute from typed steps. The browser
  attributeUnsafe : List Step -> Attribute msg
      Same as `attribute` but opts OUT of the `prefers-reduced-motion`
  buildShorthand : List Step -> String
      Lower a list of steps to the CSS `transition` shorthand:
  cubicBezier : Float -> Float -> Float -> Float -> Easing
      Cubic-bezier control points. All four params should be in [0, 1]
  defaultDuration : Int
  defaultEasing : Easing
  defaultProperty : String
      Defaults so the user can write `Ui.transition [property "color"]`
  delay : Int -> Step
      Delay before the transition starts (milliseconds).
